Things to Note

 

- Must be 25+ years of age to book a reservation. Proof of Identification is required at the time of booking; you will be sent a Short-Term Rental Agreement to electronically sign. 

- No smoking/vaping in the house or property grounds. We are a smoke-free residence. $250 smoking fee per day of rental if smoking occurs, and guests will be asked to leave.

- 2 Adults maximum occupancy.

- No children or pets, no exceptions

-No Spring break or Senior week stays.

-No unregistered guests.

-No parties, quiet time after 9 pm.

- Please do not use pungent spices when cooking, for example: curry, cumin, or any food or spice that would linger in the air for days. We know from prior experience. If this is not followed, an extra cleaning fee of $100 will be charged.

Greenwood Bay Cottage contains 340 square feet of vintage esthetic, modern feel, and private escape. The space is designed for two adults. Perfect for partners wanting a getaway, honeymooners, BFFs, or a solo retreat. There is a cozy one-bedroom with a queen-sized bed and bathroom ensuite. We provide fresh linens and bedding, a full kitchen, and appliances, including Keurig, gas range, microwave, and refrigerator. The living area has a convertible sleeper sofa and; a large screen TV equipped with Xfinity High-Speed internet with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The back door leads to a low-profile deck with vintage wrought iron furniture. String lights are hung above the deck, lighting your early-morning coffee or evening cocktails while relaxing by the gas firepit. We provide two Cape May beach tags and two beach chairs. Bring your beach towels and essentials, we have the rest covered.

About the Owner

Meet Your Hosts! We are Tracey, Mike, and Matt Currie, the building, design, and hosting team of Greenwood Bay Cottage. After an entire home renovation in 2019, we opened our short-term rental and began welcoming guests in October 2020. We haven't looked back. We love sharing our 1950's Millman cottage, with our love of antiques and eclectic, vintage style. Curating this space is a labor of love which led to opening up a vintage shop in Cape May called Fast Eddie's. Fast Eddie's is located inside West End Garage, Booth 4.
